To drive our mission forward, we are looking for a Working Student in HR People Operations to support our People & Culture team. In this role, you will actively contribute to our daily HR operations, assist in recruiting processes, and help create an outstanding employee experience. If you are passionate about HR, highly organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a purpose-driven company, we’d love to have you on board!

Your areas of responsibility

• You are part of our People & Culture team and motivated to work with us on HR topics (preparation of employment contracts, certificates, references...)
• Your main area of responsibility is the daily operational and administrative HR work as well as the active support of recruiting processes
• Through creative sourcing methods and empathetic selection processes, you will help us shape the recruiting of the day after tomorrow
• You advise our specialist departments on the design of requirement profiles and types of employment, from which you write and distribute catchy job advertisements
• You support the onboarding and offboarding of our employees (creating accesses, ordering hardware, communicating with newbies,...)
• You would like to help with other various projects such as the organisation of our company events

Your profile and skills

• You are an enrolled student and have ideally already gained experience in the area of People & Culture
• You are characterised by a structured approach paired with a feel for the right talent
• You are independent, well organised and have strong interpersonal skills
• You are a real team player
• Strong initiative and determination as well as openness and flexibility
• You take responsibility for your own projects and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
• You have lots of creative ideas, e.g. how we can find suitable employees
• Whether you have initial experience as a working student or relevant experience in fast-growing organisations, you can hit the ground running with us
• Very good written and spoken English skills are a matter of course for you
