As (senior) full-stack developer (m/f/d) you will become an essential part of our small, dynamic tech team, contributing your expertise and driving the quality and growth of our tracking technology to make our vision of a global reusable platform a reality. The challenge: from numbers-oriented business customers to users in warehousing and logistics, we use our platform to serve a broad spectrum of users in over 20 countries with a wide range of technological interfaces, from apps and a web portal to smaller hardware integration projects.

Your areas of responsibility

Mobile-First Development: Develop and maintain features across our mobile apps and web stack, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Technical Ownership: Take responsibility for delivering high-quality, scalable code while maintaining system performance and reliability.
Integration Projects: Build and enhance APIs for seamless integration with external systems and hardware components.
Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and implement best practices to ensure maintainability and stability.
Scalability: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness to support growth across new markets.
Agility: Collaborate in an agile environment, adapting to changing priorities and continuous improvements.

Your profile and skills

Proven experience with React Native, Redux, and JavaScript
Strong knowledge of TypeScript is a plus
Passion for building user-focused products
Solid understanding of native development for Android and iOS, including application lifecycle management would be a big plus
Experience with web development using React
Familiarity with API design and working with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
Agile software development and/or startup background
Problem-solving mentality, eager to take ownership and tackle technical challenges with enthusiasm.
