About us:
The average wait time for therapy in Germany for individuals with mental health issues is 5 to 6 months and only a fraction of those affected even gain access to effective treatment. We aim to change that. At Sympatient, our goal is to bring more patients into quality care and provide them with the best possible therapy. To achieve this, we are building the world’s first Digital Mental Health Clinic, combining digital care with traditional therapy to offer the best of both worlds.
So far, we have launched two innovative products:
- Invirto® Therapy (https://invirto.de/): The world’s first digital anxiety therapy, bringing the gold standard of treatment directly to patients' homes, fully reimbursed by all statutory health insurance providers in Germany.
- Beavivo Platform (https://beavivo.de/): A nationwide network of therapists in Germany, allowing therapy to begin within a week for a variety of mental health issues and concerns.
Our team is made up of optimistic doers and world changers from diverse backgrounds (psychology, business, IT, and more). We are passionate about what we do, and we share a common vision: to transform the lives of individuals affected by mental health challenges for the better.
We do not tolerate and actively counter discrimination against any employee or job applicant because of ethnicity, color, religion, national origin, sex, physical or disability or age.
Sounds like the right fit for you? Apply now with your CV, add a few sentences about your motivation and we will get back to you within a week. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us via jobs@sympatient.com.
