As an Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing projects within our support specialist team. You will work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and delivery of high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Project planning and coordination;
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with support specialists, technical teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle;
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery;
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Generate regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders and management;
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the support specialist team, including process enhancements, tool adoption, and best practice implementation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in project coordination or management within the IT industry, preferably in a support or technical environment;
- Understanding of IT project management methodologies, tools, and best practices;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure;
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office suite;
- German language - B2-C1; Ukrainian - Fluent.

- Experience working in support team.
