Your Role:
Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about client operations? Join us as our Client and Operations Manager (m/f/d) and take on a pivotal role in driving client success and operational excellence. As the main point of contact for external stakeholders, including the Federal Employment Agency (AfA) and healthcare organizations, you will build strong partnerships, optimize processes, and ensure seamless collaboration with key partners.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Client Operations and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for inquiries, updates, and escalations.
- AfA Operations and BGS Management: Coordinate with clients to ensure timely BGS applications and receipt before course start.
- Educational Planning: Create and distribute educational plans, ensuring accurate documentation and execution.
- Candidate Pipeline and Record Management: Plan and manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring accurate record creation and maintenance in the CRM system.
- Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and refine workflows to improve efficiency and ensure smooth operations.
- CRM Management: Oversee client-related data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement of services and processes.
Your Profile:
- A hands-on mentality - no task is too big or small for you and you work side-by-side with a small team.
- You work quickly, pragmatically, and are results-oriented.
- You are comfortable picking up the phone to resolve issues quickly and pragmatically.
- You speak fluent German and English (both at least C1 level).
Additional Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role within operations where you've developed an excellent attention to detail - ideally experience within a commercial field and/ or customer/client-oriented.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly in Google Spreadsheets is a requirement.
- Any additional experience with platforms and CRM systems would be a strong plus.
