As a Business Development - Working Student (m/f/d) at CWC, you will work closely with the Sales team to support key business initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Supporting the team in researching and identifying potential clients, building targeted client lists, and preparing outreach strategies.
Conducting industry research to uncover market trends and competitive insights that drive business development.
Maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate client data, lead status, and sales pipeline information.

Your Profile:

You are currently enrolled in a university program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and can dedicate around 15 hours per week.
You have a keen interest in Sales, Business Development, or the healthcare industry.
You are detail-oriented and able to analyze and organize large amounts of data.
You are highly organized, proactive, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
You are motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
You speak German at a native-level and are fluent in English (minimum B2).
