As a Business Development Assistant (m/f/d) at CWC, you will work closely with the Sales team to support key business initiatives.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the team in researching and identifying potential clients, building targeted client lists, and preparing outreach strategies.
- Conducting industry research to uncover market trends and competitive insights that drive business development.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate client data, lead status, and sales pipeline information.
- Assisting with additional marketing-related tasks such as translations and/ or content creation.
Your Profile:
- You are currently searching for a part-time role and able to dedicate approximately 20 hours/ week for this opportunity.
- You have a keen interest in Sales, Business Development, or the healthcare industry.
- You are detail-oriented and able to analyze and organize large amounts of data.
- You are highly organized, proactive, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- You are motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
- You speak German fluently (C1 - C2) and are fluent in English (a minimum B2).

- Any initial experience within business development and/ or sale either as a working student or professionally.
