As an Administrative Operations - Working Student at CWC, you will work closely with the Operations team to support key business initiatives.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Support in organizing necessary paperwork for essential filings.
- Maintain and organize both the digital and hardcopy filing systems.
- Retrieve documents and paperwork when requested.
- Updating Candidate and Employer records and tracking of collected documents through the process.
- Quality control and screening of Candidate documents.
- Processing and submission of Candidate documents to authorities.
- Managing appointments.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Your Profile:
- You have at least a High School diploma;
- You have excellent administrative and organization skills
- You have great attention to detail.
- You work with a high level of accuracy.
- You are task oriented.
- You are a quick learner, adaptable, flexible.
- You are technology savvy and open to learning new platforms and technologies.
- You know how to use a scanner/ printer and have worked before within the Google Suite (Google Sheets and Spreadsheets).
- You are proactive and a problem solver.
- You communicate clearly and efficiently in German (B2/C1 at least) and English (B2/C1).
- You are an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats.
- You have experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks.
- You are able to work independently with little or no supervision.
- You enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Bonus points if:
- You speak Spanish.
- Have previous experience as an office administrator, office assistant or any relevant role.
